The only 2 tips you need for perfectly perky breasts

  1. Exercises

  • High-Low Ball Squeeze: Press a small playground ball (or small Swiss ball) between your palms. Take a wide stance with your toes pointed about 45 degrees outward. Bend your knees and elbows about 90 degrees, and bring the ball to your chest as you engage your pectoral muscles to squeeze your palms together. Extend your arms to bring the ball straight up overhead as you extend your knees to come up halfway, then squeeze the ball between your palms as you bend your knees back to a 90-degree angle. Pulse up as you bring the ball back to chest height to complete one rep.

  • Bent-Arm Chest Openers: Grab one dumbbell in each hand and take a wide stance with your toes pointed about 45 degrees outward. Bend your knees and elbows about 90 degrees, and bring the weights out to your sides with palms facing forward, wrists stacked over elbows. From this position, engage your chest muscles to squeeze the arms together in front of the body. Release with control to complete one rep, staying low the entire time to tap into your butt and thighs.

  1. Home remedies

  • Fenugreek: In Ayurveda, fenugreek is often used to firm sagging breasts. It has vitamins and antioxidants that combat free radical damage and help lift, tighten and smooth skin around the breasts. Mix 1/4 cup of fenugreek powder with enough water to form a thick paste. Massage this paste onto your breasts and leave it on for 5 to 10 minutes. Rinse it off with warm water. Follow this remedy once or twice a week. You can also prepare a breast mask with 1/2 cup of yogurt, 10 drops each of fenugreek oil and vitamin E oil and 1 egg white. Mix the ingredients until you get a smooth paste. Apply the paste onto your breasts and rub it in gently. Let it sit for about 30 minutes and then rinse it off with cold water. Use this mask once a week.

  • Essential Oils: Essential Oils like fennel seed oil, spearmint oil, carrot oil, lemongrass oil and cypress oil contain skin cell rejuvenation properties that help restore the suppleness and elasticity of saggy skin. All you need to do is massage your breasts with these oils at regular intervals throughout the day in order to tone the skin in and around your breasts. Be forewarned that these oils could burn the skin and so need to be applied in miniscule quantities only. Two drops would be more than enough for the purpose.

  • Vegetable Oils: Massaging your breasts with vegetable oils can also be beneficial for toning the breast skin and tissues. Excellent examples include almond oil and grape seed oil, both of which would help firm and nourish the breast skin. For better results, you can mix two drops of any essential oil along with the vegetable oils before rubbing them on your breasts.
